It is used for taking up and arranging wires in the process of cross-linking, cable-forming, stranding, armouring, extrusion and rewinding of all kinds of cables.

3. Structural form:
The machine consists of two ground beams with walking rollers, two double pillars, sleeve telescopic beam, wire bracket and electric control box. The line arrangement is gantry ground rail walking type, and the chuck sleeve is downward type.
The top of the two main axles on the column is a shaftless loading and unloading tray. The top is driven by two AC motors through cycloidal pinwheel reducer. Each top seat can be lifted individually or simultaneously. It is equipped with mechanical and electrical double protection devices. In order to meet the different specifications of the tray, it is equipped with different specifications of the top.
The sleeve beam is driven horizontally by an AC motor, a reducer, a sprocket and a friction clutch through a screw nut for clamping and loosening the wire disc.
AC, 7.5kW and 1500rpm AC variable frequency motors are used to take up the wire. The main shaft is driven by three gearboxes to drive the wire disc to rotate, and the receiving motor is controlled by Euler speed controller.
Arrangement mechanism is composed of AC variable frequency motor, cycloid pinwheel transmission and sprocket wheel. Arrangement motor is controlled by Austrian AC variable frequency speed controller. Arrangement pitch is set by Siemens PLC control Siemens touch screen. Arrangement pitch can be set at any time according to production process, and take-up speed can be set at the time of alignment speed.
The whole machine is equipped with adjusting potentiometer of speed, tension and wire arrangement pitch. The tension and wire arrangement pitch are displayed. The wire drawing tension is realized by constant moment or speed control mode, and the whole machine is managed by Siemens PLC.
