3.2.16 The whole machine is composed of two ground beams with traveling rollers, two columns, sleeve type telescopic beam, conductor support and electrical control box. The cable arrangement is gantry ground rail walking type, and the chuck sleeve is lower structure.
3.2.17 The two spindle centers on the column are used to load and unload the reel without shafts. The centers are driven and lifted by two 1.1KW AC motors through the cycloidal pinwheel reducer. Each center seat can be lifted and lowered separately or at the same time. It is equipped with mechanical and electrical double protection devices. In order to meet the use of reel with different specifications, it is equipped with centers with different specifications.
3.2.18 The sleeve type cross beam is horizontally moved by 1.1kw-ac AC motor through synchronous belt pulley and friction clutch through screw nut transmission, which is used to clamp and loosen the reel, and is equipped with overload protection device.
3.2.19 The take-up adopts frequency conversion of 11kw and 1500rpm. The AC motor drives the main shaft through the gearbox to drive the reel to rotate. The sinusoidal AC speed regulating controller is equipped to control the take-up motor.
3.2.20 The wire arrangement mechanism is composed of 1.1KW AC variable frequency motor, cycloidal needle wheel transmission and sprocket. The wire arrangement motor is controlled by sinusoidal AC variable frequency speed regulation controller. The wire arrangement pitch is set by the wire arrangement controller. The wire arrangement pitch can be set at any time according to the production process. The wire arrangement speed automatically tracks the wire taking-up speed.
3.2.21 The whole machine is equipped with speed, tension and arrangement pitch adjustment potentiometer, take-up positive and reverse jogging button, tension and arrangement pitch display. The take-up tension is realized by constant torque mode, and the electric control whole machine is uniformly managed by Siemens smart-200 PLC and Siemens touch screen.
