4.1.7. Lifting and lowering of the wire reel: Both sides of the wire reel are supported by columns. The lifting and lowering of the wire reel is driven by two sets of reduction motors. 4.1.8. The whole machine is coordinated and controlled by a separate programmable controller (PLC) and human-machine interface (color touch screen)

4.1.9. Active pay-off: The 7.5KW motor transmission gearbox drives the pay-off dial to drive the reel for active pay-off. The active pay-off is equipped with a wire storage device that can be used with the pay-off stand for constant tension pay-off, and is equipped with an emergency Stop, jog, reverse and other functions.

4.1.10. Braking: It is equipped with a flat air brake, which can provide braking for the pay-off line..

 

4.2 Accumulator

4.2.1. Structural form: The wire storage wire rack is composed of a fixed wheel set and a moving wheel set. The center height of the incoming and outgoing wires is 1000mm. A 20kg magnetic powder tensioner provides the required tension for the wire storage rack. The tension size is digitally adjustable.

4.4.11. Equipment structure and characteristics: LMS type gantry wire take-up frame has the characteristics of optimized design and excellent processing. The whole machine consists of two floor beams with rollers, two columns, sleeve-type telescopic beams and electrical systems. The main components are made of high-quality steel plates by bending and welding, and the telescopic sleeve is made of high-strength seamless steel pipes. It has a beautiful appearance, good rigidity and stability of the whole machine. The whole machine moves reciprocally to arrange the wires, and the wires do not enter the take-up reel in a straight line. It is distorted by external force and is equipped with left row, right row, left quick row, and right quick row buttons to facilitate adjusting the take-up position during the production process.

4.5Electrical control system:
