Linear guides are used for paying off and taking up the wire, and each column can move quickly individually or synchronously to adjust the spacing.
Loading and unloading the spool is controlled by a motor.
Suitable for larger cables or tubes on spools of different diameters and sizes.
Can be operated alone or connected to an extruder.
The tension of the cable or tube can be kept constant from beginning to end, and can also be adjusted by the control system.
The cable or tube remains straight and the spool moves on the linear guides.
HMI + PLC control system is used to preset the traverse pitch and control the spool speed.

Common features of both series:
Both series have the same body type and differ only in the pay-off and tension control mechanism.
The reel is loaded between the pivots.
The machine has a column-type body design. The machine is suitable for the reel sizes shown in the table below. Other types of reels can be specially designed and produced.
The pivots are opened and closed by auxiliary motors. The reel is raised and lowered between the pivots with the help of a motor with a reducer.
The pay-off unit moves left and right on the track. In this way, the unloaded wire/cable is guided to the center axis of the production line.
The machine has a modular design and can be easily adapted to different production processes and thus suitable for various production lines.
By moving left and right on the track, the units can be combined to keep the production line running without stopping if necessary with the help of accumulators (optional).

Additional features of this series
The unloading function is only available for cables or wires with a diameter greater than 20 mm and is achieved through torque control. The torque is manually adjusted by the operator. For wires up to 20 mm in diameter, the main motor can be operated in speed mode based on information received from the dancer or accumulator unit (these units are sold separately).
