1. Applications: Our cutting-edge cage type cabling machines are meticulously engineered for the production of 3-core, 4-core, and 5-core power cables, control cables, signal cables, and communication cables. These versatile machines can strand round cables utilizing the back twisting method or strand sector cables without back twisting. Additionally, you have the flexibility to choose either non-metal or metal tapping, catering to varied production needs.

2. Configurations: Our machine comes with a comprehensive set of configurations designed for optimal performance: 1. Pay-off stand with cradle 2. Bobbin bay 3. Die stand 4. Non-metal tapping 5. Metal tapping 6. Meter counter device 7. Main driving system 8. Tracking machine 9. Take-up machine 10. Electrical control system 11. Safety protection device.

3. Features: 1> Each cradle type bobbins pay-off stand and the bobbins within the twisting cage are powered individually by dedicated motors, ensuring efficient operation. The bobbins are securely clamped by an ejector needle with bidirectional movement, and a specially designed bracket facilitates easy loading and unloading.

2> The twisting cage bobbins can be pre-twisted, with adjustable cable angles to meet specific production requirements.

3> The twisting cage employs a differential gear mechanism for back-twisting. Both the cradle type pay-off stand and the twisting cage stand can operate with or without the back-twisting feature, offering remarkable flexibility.

4> The 1+1 type cradle pay-off stand utilizes ground axis and chain transmission, substantially reducing bow deformation during cable passage.
