Overview
The CLY-1250/1+4 Planetary Laying-up Machine is designed for cabling / laying-up of multi-core low and medium voltage power cables, control cables, and mining cables. It is suitable for both round and sector-shaped cores (up to 5 cores). The stranding cage is equipped with a 100% back-twist function, ensuring minimal internal stress in the laid-up cable. The entire line is controlled by a PLC + HMI touch screen with inverter-driven motors for precise lay-up pitch and synchronized line speed.

Laying-up of LV/MV power cables (PVC, XLPE insulated)
Control cable and mining cable assembly (2–5 cores)
Suitable for round or pre-spiraled sector-shaped conductors
Optional non-metallic taping (polyester / mica tape) and steel wire armoring
