Overview

The JLY-500/12+18 Planetary (Cage) Stranding Machine is specially designed for stranding bare copper, aluminum, ACSR conductors, and insulated cores of control cables. Equipped with a planetary gear back-twist mechanism (100% back-twist available), it eliminates internal wire stress during stranding — making it ideal for round or sector-shaped conductors, steel wire rope, and even steel wire armoring / copper wire shielding when optionally configured. The line is driven by individual AC inverter motors and controlled via PLC + HMI touch screen for precise, stepless lay-length adjustment.
