4.2.9 Structural form: the main engine barrel adopts a 3+3 two-part layout. The rear end, middle and outlet ends of the barrel are supported by bearings. The middle large bearing adopts a new type of oil air lubrication and labyrinth seal. It has good lubrication effect, short oil return distance, fast cooling speed, and multiple functions. All functions are integrated in the bearing support. There is no need for a separate oil tank, and the appearance is clean and easy to maintain.
4.2.10 Driving mode: the whole machine is driven by separate motor. The host is driven by a separate 45kw motor to drive the motor's built-in encoder independently. The encoder data is fed back to the control system, and the PLC coordinates and controls the operation of the whole machine.
4.2.11 Manufacturing process of cylinder: the cylinder is made of thick wall steel pipe, which is cut by the CNC intersecting line cutting machine as a whole, annealed in a large annealing furnace to enhance the mechanical performance, and then finished by a large machine tool as a whole. 6. 4.2.12 Manufacturing process of wire reel frame.
4.2.13 Loading reel mode: put the wire reel into the wire reel frame through the lifting device in the workshop. The wire reel frame is pneumatically clamped and loosened, and has a pneumatic mechanical locking protection device. When the wire reel frame is supplied with air, the locking protection of the wire reel can be opened and the wire reel thimble device can be opened in turn; After the air is cut off, the wire reel shall be tightened and the pneumatic locking protection device shall enter the locking state in turn. The whole operation process is fast, efficient, safe and convenient. A cable tray bracket is added to the cradle base.
4.2.14 Pay-off tension: mechanical friction is used to provide tension for paying off in the reel frame, and the tension is adjusted manually.
4.2.15 Through wire method: at the outlet of the pay-off end in each pay-off frame, a set of zigzag wire rollers shall be added, and a set of wire rollers shall also be added outside the outlet shaft head, which shall be extended directly to the guide wheel set outside the cylinder, and then transported to the junction board through the wire mold seat on the cylinder. Polished tungsten steel die is embedded in the wire passing die seat on the cylinder to effectively avoid scratching the wire core. The main machine adopts the external wiring mode, lengthens the thickened barrel, oversizes the wire hole, and is equipped with a number of well type guide rollers and guide wheels to make the wiring more smooth, without bending, scratching, and jumping.
4.2.16 Large bearing thin oil lubrication system: the middle large bearing adopts a new thin oil lubrication system, and the entire lubrication system is integrated in the large bearing. No separate oil tank is required, which is convenient for installation and reduces the floor area. At the same time, it has high temperature overload shutdown protection and insufficient lubricating oil supply alarm functions. After the alarm, the whole machine will automatically stop and brake, and the alarm prompt will be displayed on the human-machine interface. An air cooling device is added to the lubricating oil circulation system of large bearings.
4.2.17 Main engine braking: PLC coordinates and controls the starting, stopping, inching and other actions of the main engine through the air brake, frequency converter, braking resistor, etc. to ensure the synchronization of the whole machine operation.
4.2.18 Support: The rear support seat of the main engine, the middle and the large bearing seat at the outlet end are made of gray iron cast by the lost foam process. They are of the same type, fully absorbing vibration, reducing noise, and have a beautiful appearance.
4.2.19 Monofilament pre deformation device: the monofilament pre deformation device is composed of several groups of guide wheel discs, including a positioning disc, two fixed guide wheel discs, and a sliding guide wheel disc. The distance of each group of guide discs is adjusted according to the bending degree of the wire core to achieve deformation. The whole device is installed on the main shaft extended by the winch head, which has an intuitive structure and is easy to adjust.
4.2.20 Base: the cylinder is installed on the overall welding base, which is made by special platform, and then processed by the gantry plane. It is easy to install and has high levelness.
